Tank is USED subject to rust, scratch, scuff etc, so be sure to look at each picture, in which we have tried to mark spots.  REPAINTED OUTSIDE, AND RUST INSIDE THAT HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY CREAMED AND THAT IS GETTING LOOSE
